At Geek Depot, we aim for fast, reliable shipping. Here are our shipping policies:
- **Shipping Methods and Rates**  
We offer standard shipping, with rates calculated based on destination and order size. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

- **Processing Time**  
Custom products are typically processed within 8-10 business days, depending on order size. Estimated production times will be communicated during the order process.
- **Delivery Time**  
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental U.S. International delivery times may vary.
- **Expedited Shipping**  
Expedited options usually deliver within 2-3 business days, depending on the selected shipping method.
- **Tracking Your Order**  
After shipping, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your order status.
- **Shipping Address**  
Ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not liable for delays due to incorrect addresses.
- **Lost or Damaged Packages**  
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us
at info@geekdepot.com immediately. We will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
- **International Shipping**  
We ship to select countries, with rates and delivery times calculated at checkout. Customs
duties and taxes are the customers responsibility.

Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in delivering high-quality products and hope you never need to use this information. However, in the event of an issue, here’s what you need to know:
- **Return Policy**  
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please email us with your purchase date, order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. Including photos of any defects will expedite the process.
- **Non-Returnable Items**  
We cannot accept returns for incorrect sizes. Due to the custom nature of our printed apparel, returns or exchanges are only allowed for misprinted or defective items. Sizing may vary by body type and style, so please consult the size chart on each product page. Returns for color discrepancies are accepted only if a specific Pantone was requested.
- **Cancellations**  
Once production has started on custom items, cancellations cannot be made, and changes cannot be applied.
- **Refunds**  
Refunds are issued only if we are unable to produce the ordered products. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise requested.
